The 52-meter superyacht concept dubbed aStøne has been unveiled by the Tuscan company Leoni Design Workshop (LWDO).
The design is distinguished by its unique magenta plating and “revolutionary” cockpit, which houses a seasonal garden and sculpture exhibition.
Ten members of the crew and twelve guests will be housed. “Light-toned woods, textured stones, and rugged metals” are considered to be the interior design of Støne, however interior renderings are not yet public.
The cockpit “transforms into a living art gallery” by adding sculpture exhibits and seasonal plantings next to a swimming pool that is sunpad-flanked, drawing inspiration from the MoMA in New York. A large swim platform furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas styled like leaves, as well as a covered outdoor seating area in the main deck aft, are also seen in the renderings.
With two CAT C32 engines powering her, aStøne can cruise at 14 knots and attain a maximum speed of 17 knots.
The 49-meter idea Etere, which Leoni Design Workshop last presented with BOAT International, is referred to as “an ethereal sculpture, modelled by pure celestial wind and air.”
