Majic Unveiled as the Fourth Sunseeker 100 Yacht Sets Sail!

Sunseeker’s Yacht series flagship model made its début at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2022 and has sold fifteen hulls to date.

Majic is the first vessel to be completed in stealth grey, and the shipyard anticipates that she will be “the most photographed vessel in the Mediterranean and Adriatic this summer.” She was sold by Christopher Head, sales director of Sunseeker London, and represented by Matt Stanton of Stanton Land & Sea.

The 30-meter model is distinguished by a walkaround flybridge that connects the upper deck to the foredeck salon, and heralds a “new era” in flybridge design for Sunseeker, according to the shipyard.

The forward-located owner’s cabin features folding glass doors that provide direct access to the foredeck and flybridge. The yacht’s use of glass is most prominent in the main saloon, which the shipyard describes as “penthouse-style” with enormous windows on either side.

Majic will spend her inaugural season cruising in Malta, Croatia, and Greece in the Mediterranean. On the water, she joins the sisterships Ikal, Maje, and Scorpion A.

Howard Schultz’s $145 Million Pi Yacht: The Epitome of Elegance and Innovation

The CEO of the global chain of Starbucks coffee shops is Howard Schultz. Starbucks began as a single coffee shop in Seattle and now has more than 30000 locations spread over 77 countries. Howard Schultz has earned a large net worth of almost $4 Billion as a result of this enormous firm. In 2019, he paid an astounding $145 Million for the uber-luxurious yacht Pi.

Yachts may be classified as opulent, innovative, or stunning. However, the $145 million super yacht Pi, owned by Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz, has also been dubbed “auspicious.” Pi is the pinnacle of beauty and grandeur.

2019 saw the completion of the Pi Yacht by the Dutch shipyard Feadship. According to Superyacht Times, with a length of roughly 77.8 meters, Pi was the 22nd longest boat constructed by Feadship. She is a wonderful work of art with a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure. The Pi features a distinctive design made possible by cutting-edge glass technology from a computer-aided 3D design.

The PI is nearly flawless, boasting exceptional build quality, superb design, and innovation. Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design created the yacht’s exquisite Zen-inspired interiors, and De Voogt Naval Architects handled the naval design in accordance with Yacht Bible. The positioning of floor-to-ceiling windows without mullions, which realizes the owner’s vision for the main saloon and really matches the outside, is one of Pi’s best aspects.

Her timeless design, exquisite furniture, and comfy seating enhance her opulent and friendly atmosphere. According to Luxury Launches, Pi won prizes for Motor Yacht of the Year and Best Displacement Motor Yacht Between 1,500GT and 1,999GT at the 2019 World Superyacht Honours. The immaculate building of the Feadship was the cherry on top that gave Howard Schultz a winner to sail.

Up to 12 guests can stay on the yacht in 16 sumptuous guest suites with an 18-person team. Among other things, she has a pool with a glass bottom and an opulent spa. A stunning spiral staircase connecting three levels and a spacious sitting area with an eight-person sofa are just two of the outstanding characteristics of the cozy and fashionable Pi. She also brags about having a garage and a helipad.

The outside lines of the vessel are notable for their innovative use of structural glass that has a double curvature. The vessel, which Jarko Jammsen designed as his first superyacht undertaking, has four decks that are excellent for guests’ amusement and leisure. The spacious main deck at the back can be set up for outdoor dining in a relaxed atmosphere or for lots of sunbathing. In addition, side walkways connect the spacious upper deck behind the ship to the flush foredeck. The sundeck up top is the greatest place on board to take in the scenery.

The Aquatic Marvel: Unveiling the Unmatched Luxury and Speed of the Xenos Hyper Yacht

Speed, elegance, and exclusivity are just a few terms that come to mind when viewing a Bugatti. You would feel fortunate to possess this automotive masterpiece, but would that be sufficient? The incredible Xenos hyper yacht makes it abundantly apparent that we are perpetually desirous of more.

This radical yacht design appears to have been influenced by ammunition, which seems appropriate when designing something that is heart-poundingly rapid. If the Xenos yacht is able to reach speeds of up to 90 knots, it will be the quickest 130-foot vessel in the world. However, this yacht is not solely designed to shatter records.

The renowned Italian yacht designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini ensured that this superyacht could not be compared to anything else, and added a subtle addition, a matching Bugatti, which adds even more value to the yacht’s $32.8 million price tag. Does that sound like overkill?

Not yet, but you might assume so after hearing about the yacht’s impressive carbon and aluminum construction.

The sleek, 25-foot-long Xenos undoubtedly appears swift, and the best part is that customers can customize the interior layout of their vessel. You can presumably move the Bugatti into the lounge for that price if you so choose.

Mako Superyacht: A Vision of Elegance and Innovation by State of Craft

State of Craft is poised to make a bold splash in the world of superyacht design with its groundbreaking concept: the world’s first superyacht adorned with a striking shark motif.

Unveiled last Thursday by the multidisciplinary design studio, this new concept draws inspiration from the Mako shark, renowned for its elegance and strength. The Mako superyacht, spanning an impressive 394 feet, mirrors the appearance of its aquatic namesake with a silver-hued hull and long-range explorer design.

Principal and founder of State of Craft, Daniel Goldberg, shared, “The efficiency and beauty of the sleek, sculptural shapes of Mako sharks were an early inspiration for the concept.” He aimed for seamless integration, envisioning a design where the hull, superstructure, interior, and exterior spaces coalesce into a unified volume with continuous surfaces.

Beyond its captivating aesthetics, the Mako superyacht is a pioneer in environmentally conscious design. The vessel is envisioned to incorporate hydrogen fuel cells, electric engines, batteries, and solar panels, allowing it to traverse the seas without emitting carbon dioxide—a feature likely to earn approval from its shark peers. (Detailed performance specifications are currently undisclosed.)

The interior spaces of the vessel defy traditional right angles, favoring curved lines and sloping walls. While the layout can be tailored to accommodate various purposes, a standout feature is the double-height Studio at the heart of the yacht. Flooded with natural light through expansive windows, this space resembles a floating living room, exuding an inviting ambiance.

On the exterior, the cantilevered aft deck gracefully curves around the yacht’s hull, offering seafarers panoramic 270-degree views while being suspended above the water. Further aft, amenities include a spacious recessed seating area or “island,” a generous beach club, and a tender garage.

Adding to the allure of the Mako is the Pavilion—an adaptable space suspended above the upper deck and shielded by movable, perforated screens. This versatile area can serve as a sky observatory, panoramic lounge, fitness studio, or yoga retreat. Of course, the yacht also boasts a swimming pool and a helipad.

State of Craft, with locations in London and Ottawa, has a decade-long history of working on residential developments and private homes. This venture into superyacht design marks the company’s first foray into the marine realm, and judging by the Mako’s innovative concept, it is certainly a commendable debut effort.

Unveiling the Epitome of Luxury: The Four Seasons Yacht Redefining Opulent Yachting in 2025

Tillberg Design, a Swedish yacht design company under The Viken Group, has unveiled additional details regarding the interior concept of an upcoming 207-meter Four Seasons Yacht being constructed at Fincantieri shipyard. This bespoke 14-deck vessel will boast 95 cabins, aiming to provide passengers with an unparalleled “yacht experience” upon its launch in 2025.

Tillberg Design is entrusted with crafting the exterior and suites, while London’s Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is tasked with designing the guest facilities. Creative direction for the Four Seasons Yacht will also be guided by Prosper Assouline.

Fredrik Johansson, the executive director of Tillberg Design, emphasized that the new Four Seasons yacht reflects the surging trend of “luxury yacht liners.” These hybrid cruise-superyacht hybrids intend to fuse the intimacy of small cruise ships with the opulence and elegance of superyachts.

Johansson elaborated, “Our innovative project commenced with a unique and vivid vision from our client. Picture the iconic Christina O yacht of Aristotle Onassis meeting the essence of James Bond. While this might seem like an infallible combination, it also presents a monumental challenge. Errors must be avoided at all costs, as there’s no room for failure. Every aspect and intricate detail of the yacht must attain perfection.”

Fincantieri in Trieste is in the final stages of finalizing the vessel’s design. Luigi Matarazzo, the general manager of Fincantieri’s merchant ships division, stated, “This project belongs to a league of its own, merging the finest aspects of passenger ship construction and yacht design to establish a new benchmark for ultra-luxury vessels.”

The Four Seasons Yacht will exclusively comprise suites, with each cabin costing $4.2 million to construct. Each suite will feature indoor and outdoor living areas, complete with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and ceilings exceeding 2.4 meters. The pinnacle of luxury, the “Funnel Suite,” will span four levels, offering over 892 square feet of living space, a private pool, and a spa.

The Four Seasons Yacht will also incorporate hotel-style amenities, including a comprehensive spa and eleven distinct restaurants. The canoe-shaped stern of the vessel will house a convertible pool deck that can transform into an open-air theater by nightfall. Moreover, the ship will be equipped with four Riva tenders for transporting guests to shore.

Overseeing the project is Larry Pimentel, the CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, who remarked, “In collaboration with Four Seasons, we are shaping a new category of lavish lifestyle travel tailored to the most discerning guests. Through world-class design, curated experiences, and truly unparalleled service, we’re amalgamating the finest elements from diverse industries to forge the epitome of yachting.”

The inaugural voyage of the Four Seasons Yacht is slated for late 2025, marking the inauguration of a fleet of such “yachts” under the brand. The contract, finalized in July of the previous year, amounts to €1.2 billion and includes the option for two additional vessels.

Nick Stark Design Shocks the World with the Groundbreaking 81m Catamaran Concept, Project M

The Australian studio Nick Stark Design has unveiled Project M, an 81-meter catamaran concept outfitted with two helipads.

The concept features an impressive 2,690GT of interior space, and its 22-meter-long beam allows for a variety of amenities inside and out.

Nick Stark, the designer of Project M, stated, “The size of the interior combined with the catamaran’s efficient platform essentially creates a high-performance private island.”

The owner’s private veranda has its own Jacuzzi and lounge area. Aft, the owner’s suite includes his and her restrooms with freestanding tubs. This area connects to an exterior space with a pool, which features purpose-built illumination and a DJ system at night.

Below the wheelhouse and offices on the main deck is a cozy lounge with a grand piano and a theater area. Elsewhere, enormous windows enlighten the guest quarters on the main deck, which also offers multiple opportunities for panoramic views.

“The secret was to bring the outdoors inside. Stark remarked, “The extensive use of glass makes this a yacht of light.”

Other exterior features include a viewing lounge with ample seating located forward on the main deck. The two helidecks on Project M, one located aft on the sun deck and the other forward towards the bow, allow for offshore travel. The project also includes three tender compartments, one of which functions as a beach club deck when raised and is stored between the hulls.

Project M succeeds the studio’s Project Grace superyacht concept, which was unveiled in August 2021.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s Lavish Getaway Aboard the Opulent 450-Foot Superyacht ‘Flying Fox’

It’s hard not to notice when Jay-Z and Beyoncé embark on a vacation—whether it’s aboard a luxurious superyacht or anywhere else, for that matter. And when they choose to vacation on the 450-foot-long, 67-foot-wide superyacht named Flying Fox, built by the renowned German shipyard Lürssen, the attention is magnified. This remarkable vessel comes with a charter cost of approximately $4 million per week, making it a truly extravagant experience.

However, it’s worth noting that superyachts of such colossal proportions, like Flying Fox and Jerry Jones’s Bravo Eugina, which exceed the length of a football field, naturally attract a considerable amount of attention in their own right.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s new year’s yacht getaway with friends in St. Bart’s

Leonardo DiCaprio welcomed the New Year overseas with a Caribbean getaway. The Oscar-winning actor was spotted on a yacht off the island of Saint Barthélemy on Monday, enjoying the company of friends.

In photos capturing this Caribbean adventure, the 48-year-old DiCaprio can be seen shirtless, taking in the picturesque views from the deck of the yacht, accompanied by four other individuals.

After his separation from ex-girlfriend Camila Morrone in August following a relationship of over four years, DiCaprio has been seen spending time with Gigi Hadid. In September, a source shared with PEOPLE that DiCaprio seemed enamored with Gigi, describing her as the kind of woman he typically finds attractive. They also mentioned that they both move in similar high-profile circles and frequently cross paths at events, clubs, restaurants, and social gatherings.

DiCaprio and Hadid were last seen together in New York City in November, leaving the same restaurant.

Towards the end of last month, DiCaprio and actress Victoria Lamas were spotted separately leaving The Birds Streets Club on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, California, before entering a car together. According to a source, they had just concluded a large group dinner and were joined by other people in the car.

Following DiCaprio’s late December outing with the 23-year-old actress, her father, Lorenzo Lamas, disclosed to the New York Post that she was “very smitten” with the actor.

Project Echo: Unveiling a ‘Dangerously Beautiful’ Superyacht Vision for Discerning Owners

Canadian design firm ER Yacht Design has unveiled the striking renderings of its 61-meter superyacht concept, known as Project Echo. This motor yacht concept, described as possessing “dangerous beauty,” has been designed for Turquoise Yachts in Turkey.

Project Echo stands out with its gracefully elongated lines that seamlessly flow from bow to stern, harmonizing perfectly with its sporty and commanding design. The semi-displacement yacht features meticulously sculpted surfaces on its hull and superstructure, along with generous large windows that lend its profile a distinctive character.

The design inspiration for the extensive wraparound side windows draws from the eye of a Tyrannosaurus Rex, prioritizing both aesthetics and functionality. These large, elevated windows extend throughout the yacht’s length, offering unrivaled vistas for guests.

The expansive and luxurious exterior decks of this 899 GT superyacht have been thoughtfully designed for entertainment. Its upper deck can comfortably accommodate up to 35 guests, and its foldable aft sides can be extended to create a beach club complete with a 6-meter-long pool.

One of the distinctive design elements of Project Echo is the staircase leading from the main deck to the upper deck, which is constructed around the pool and is not integrated into the superstructure. This design approach ensures that the steps are slender and transparent, transforming them into a design feature rather than an obstruction.

The interior design across Project Echo’s four decks matches the grandeur of its exterior. On the main deck, the spacious saloon and dining area are enveloped by full-height windows that flood the space with natural light and offer nearly unobstructed 300-degree views.

For the owner’s ultimate privacy and comfort, the upper deck of Project Echo is exclusively reserved for their accommodation. The remaining six staterooms are located on the main deck, each featuring luxurious full-height windows that promise guests a truly unique experience.

Project Echo’s performance is highly efficient, thanks to its semi-displacement hull, which can operate as a displacement hull with smaller engines, achieving a maximum speed of 17 knots. Equipped with larger engines, the fast-displacement hull can attain a remarkable top speed of 27 knots.

This collaboration between Turquoise Yachts and ER Yacht Design marks a remarkable debut, characterized by “restrained flair and unrestrained performance.” Turquoise Yachts currently has seven custom-built yachts in various stages of construction, with six of them already sold.
