Exclusive: “With him passing, it needs to stay between us” – The Undertaker on what he whispered to Bray Wyatt

The Undertaker and Bray Wyatt shared a sepcial moment on RAW is XXX.

The Undertaker has opened up about what he told Bray Wyatt when they met on RAW is XXX earlier this year and has admitted that their exchange will stay between the two.

5 massive WWE secrets exposed | Vince McMahon, Triple H, WWE Crown Jewel

The 30th anniversary episode of RAW in January had several highlight-reel worthy moments, including The Undertaker seemingly passing the torch to Wyatt.

The former Universal Champion, unfortunately, passed away in August, and while fans are sad they couldn’t see more of the wrestling genius, many are glad Wyatt got The Undertaker’s acknowledgment on live TV.

However, the WWE Universe still wonders what The Deadman told The Eater of Worlds. During an exclusive chat with Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Bill Apter, The Undertaker commented on the segment and politely refused to reveal what he said as a sign of respect to Bray Wyatt:
“No (on if he could reveal what he told Bray Wyatt). That was between Bray and I. It was a moment that we exchanged, and now, with him passing, it needs to stay between us.” [From 00:40 to 00:56]
Check out the entire episode below:

The Undertaker opens up about his relationship with Bray Wyatt

In addition to facing each other inside the squared circle, The Undertaker has followed Bray Wyatt’s career from the outside and has always been impressed by the former WWE Champion’s ability to be a unique performer.

Undertaker recalled that while he might not have interacted with Wyatt often outside the ring, he kept track of the superstar’s rise in WWE.

The Deadman considered Wyatt to be among those wrestlers who were unafraid of going against the trends and pushing creative boundaries.
“I really kept an eye on everything that he did. (I) didn’t necessarily talk to him all the time but always kept an eye on him and what he was doing,” the WWE Hall of Famer continued, “I was always impressed with Bray because he is one of those rare people who wasn’t afraid to think outside of the box. Try something new.” [From 00:57 to 01:21]

The Undertaker is also open to training a McMahon family member, and you can read more about that here.

A special message of gratitude to Trapper Tom Leturgey for filming Bill Apter’s interview with The Undertaker.

“18 yrs ago today after your passing & will forever continue to love you, miss you and honor your memory. Rey Mysterio Lost The WWE United States Championship To Logan Paul

At Crown Jewel on November 4th, Logan Paul successfully defeated Mysterio for the United States Championship, albeit with assistance from a member of his entourage who handed him brass knuckles during the bout.

In the middle of the match, Mysterio looked set for a scary landing as he attempted a springboard moonsault, and Logan Paul has received much praise for catching the WWE Hall of Famer and saving him from injury.

Since becoming United States Champion, Logan Paul has made news with his US Title belt, not only posing nude with the title around his waist but also trying to pawn the prestigious prize for $100,000.

Rhea Ripley to begin the process of kicking 18-year veteran out of The Judgment Day on WWE RAW? Exploring the possibility

The Judgment Day are the top faction on WWE RAW.The Judgment Day are the top faction on WWE RAW

Rhea Ripley seemingly brought Drew McIntyre into The Judgment Day on WWE RAW last week. The duo were seen shaking hands after the Scottish Warrior cost Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match against Finn Balor and Damian Priest.

Speaking of Damian Priest, the 18-year veteran could very well be on his way out of the faction he co-founded with Edge after WrestleMania 38. The Archer of Infamy could be the victim of nefarious plan by Rhea Ripley on WWE RAW this week.

Ideally, McIntyre’s entry into The Judgment Day could be the cause of Priest’s exit from the group. Ripley could begin to favor The Scottish Warrior, much to the annoyance of The Archer of Infamy. The angle can even potentially lead to a match for the Money in the Bank briefcase between McIntyre and Priest.

It is worth mentioning that Damian Priest has teased a face turn on multiple occasions in the past. The 41-year-old star first teased a face turn after his match for the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins on the WWE RAW following Night of Champions.

Rhea Ripley to officially welcome Drew McIntyre into The Judgment Day on WWE RAW? Looking at the possibility

WWE has announced that Drew McIntyre will be on the final RAW before WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2023 to explain his actions. For those who didn’t watch the show, McIntyre delivered a claymore to Jey Uso, and cost him and Cody Rhodes the tag team title match against Finn Balor and Damian Priest.

The Scottish Warrior could be officially inducted into The Judgment Day by Rhea Ripley during the segment on RAW this week. This could lead to some sort of friction between Damian Priest and Ripley because of his issues with McIntyre in the past over the Money in the Bank briefcase.

It remains to be see how the segment will go down on RAW this week.

Nick Aldis kicks popular WWE Superstar out of arena after breaking his rule on SmackDown

Nick Aldis forced Cody Rhodes to leaveNick Aldis forced Cody Rhodes to leave

Nick Aldis has run a tight ship on WWE SmackDown since taking over as General Manager a few weeks ago, and after suspending Kevin Owens for breaking his rule last week, he kicked Cody Rhodes out of the arena this week.

Rhodes was originally spotted backstage in Aldis’ office during a segment with the women, before he made the save when LA Knight was attacked by Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso following his match.

Rhodes clearly was invited to SmackDown by Aldis, and was still in his suit at the time, but when he went out to the ring and became physical with members of the SmackDown locker room, it seems that he broke the same rule as Owens last week, and was asked to leave the arena.

Aldis appears to be a man who stands by his word, and will look to ensure that all the stars on his roster do the same. Owens was an example of that last week, and now Rhodes also being told to leave proved that Aldis isn’t the same as every other General Manager, and ensured he treats all his stars the same.

Do you think Cody Rhodes should have been ejected from the arena? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.

Randy Orton wasn’t the only WWE legend Triple H considered for the WarGames match at Survivor Series

As Survivor Series approaches, so does the return of the WarGames match which made its debut on WWE’s main roster last year. This time around, Triple H has set up a couple of incredible bouts to take place inside the hellacious cage and fans are excited.

This year’s women’s WarGames match will see Damage CTRL, comprising of Bayley, Asuka, Kairi Sane and Iyo Sky, taking on Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch, Shotzi and Charlotte Flair.

The men’s match, which will likely main event Survivor Series, sees Judgement Day’s Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh, as well as Drew McIntyre taking on Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, Seth Rollins and Randy Orton.

The contest is the culmination of one of the most exciting stories in WWE right now and the babyface team is comprised of some of the most popular names in the company. Originally, though, Triple H had a very different idea and there was another huge figure from the company who he considered including in the bout.

Triple H considered John Cena for WarGames

As noted, Orton is returning to WWE for the first time since undergoing back surgery after picking up a ‘severe’ back injury in May 2022 that some within the company thought he’d have to retire from. Randy’s first match back, and even his first appearance, will be in Chicago at Survivor Series as part of the men’s WarGames match.

However, Randy wasn’t HHH’s only choice for the spot, as BWE has revealed that John Cena was considered for the match by WWE’s Chief Content Officer during his recent run, which ended at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia earlier this month.

Cena is one of the greatest WWE stars of all time and his extended run in the company this year had fans thrilled. It makes sense why Triple H would want to find something for Cena to do at Survivor Series and adding him to the marquee match would have only amped up the hype surrounding it.

Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that Cena might not be around long enough to figure into Triple H’s plans at Survivor Series, and he had to switch things creatively. Instead, the 16-time World Champion faced off against Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel and came out on the losing end.

Rumours of his retirement have begun circulating, and it remains to be seen when we can expect to see him back in WWE again, but Cena has ended his spell with WWE and returned to Hollywood following the conclusion of the actor’s strike.READ MORE:Jey Uso’s Live Reaction To Cody Rhodes’ Randy Orton Survivor Series Announcement

John Cena’s latest run with WWE is now over

Once Hollywood was hit with the SAG-AFTRA strikes, and movie productions were shut down, Cena found himself with plenty of free time, and he made the most of it, returning to WWE for one of his longest runs in quite some time. He was immediately integrated into some of the biggest storylines within the company and helped endorse LA Knight during his time on television.

Speaking about his return though, Cena was quite frank with the details and revealed he’d only be around until the acting strikes in Hollywood were over, and he could return to acting. Well, that day has come now and almost immediately after a deal was agreed upon, the former Royal Rumble winner vanished from WWE television.

Knowing his exit was always around the corner, it makes sense that Triple H decided to come up with something else for WarGames and with the returning Orton set to be the fifth man, it’s safe to say we got a pretty good alternative instead.

4 Reasons why Randy Orton is the final member of Cody Rhodes’ WarGames team

The Legend Killer is on his way back to a WWE ring!

Cody Rhodes’ team for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2023 is finally complete. It may have taken until the final episode of RAW before the event, but Randy Orton was announced as the fifth member of Rhodes’ team for WarGames.

The announcement visibly shocked both the fans and Judgment Day. Like the face team for the Women’s WarGames match, the men’s team is filled with massive singles stars.

Orton and Seth Rollins are multi-time champions, while Rhodes is one of the top stars in all of wrestling. Sami Zay and Jey Uso are extremely popular with the WWE Universe.

Now that the field is complete for the Men’s WarGames match, why was Randy Orton selected as the final combatant? Here are four possible reasons behind the decision.

#4 Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes have a history together

Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes will always be linked in WWE.

One simple reason why Orton was announced as the final member of Team Rhodes was due to history. Rhodes made his mark in WWE as a member of the Legacy trio alongside Orton and Ted DiBiase Jr.

Orton and Rhodes had storylines as friends and allies, but the two were cordial when Rhodes returned to WWE two years ago.

It makes sense to bring in a star of his caliber, someone Rhodes believes he can trust. Whether that turns out to be the case will have to wait until Saturday.

#3 His history with Drew McIntyre

McIntyre and Orton have battled in a cage before WarGames.

While his history with Rhodes has been up and down, most of The Viper’s interactions with Drew McIntyre have been confrontational.

The two battled each other violently when McIntyre won the WWE Championship. Orton even briefly wrested the title from The Scottish Warrior, but McIntyre won it back. One of their battles took place inside Hell in a Cell.

McIntyre has done a great job holding a grudge against Jey Uso, so he could still harbor ill will towards Orton for disrupting his big title run.

#2 WarGames is the perfect setting for his return

If WWE is going to bring The Apex Predator back to action, it must be in a big spot. His return could have been saved for the 2024 Royal Rumble or the actual day of WarGames.

A star of his stature deserves a massive stage for a return, and completing Rhodes’ team will achieve that goal. Survivor Series is known as one of the Big Four WWE events, and Orton has an excellent track record at Survivor Series.

It will also be interesting to see how Orton interacts with each of his teammates and if he hits a few RKOs as someone jumps off the cage.

#1 His inclusion could sow tension with Jey Uso

Jey Uso interfered in so many matches as a member of the Bloodline that it’s hard to find a WWE Superstar he didn’t cross. Jey helped Roman Reigns retain his title several times. He also assaulted many WWE performers when he ran with his family.

Orton’s recent ties to Jey stem from when the Usos defeated Orton and Matt Riddle to unify the tag team titles. The group consistently attacked RKBro, eventually putting The Viper on the sidelines.

Cody and Sami had time to eventually warm up to Jey. With WarGames just days away, Orton may not have the same luxury. When Rhodes alluded to The Apex Predator being the final member, Jey had a look of uneasiness and dread across his face.

He knows he stepped on The Viper’s toes as a member of the Bloodline, so The Legend Killer might come to collect before, during, or after WarGames.

Randy Orton receives five-word message from Drew McIntyre ahead of his massive return at Survivor Series: WarGames

Randy Orton (left); Drew McIntyre (right)

Drew McIntyre has sent a message to Randy Orton following the events of WWE RAW.

On Monday night, Cody Rhodes took the pro-wrestling world by storm when he announced Randy Orton’s big return. The Viper will make his return at Survivor Series: WarGames.

Soon after RAW went off the air, Drew McIntyre took to Twitter to share an old photo featuring a face-off between him and Orton. He also sent a message to his old nemesis.
“Hello darkness, my old friend #SurvivorSeries,” he wrote.

Orton and Drew McIntyre were arch-rivals not too long ago. McIntyre won the WWE Championship from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36 in 2020. Months later, The Viper defeated The Scotsman inside Hell in a Cell to win the coveted belt.

Less than a month later, Drew McIntyre defeated Orton in a “No Countout No Disqualification” match on WWE RAW to win back the belt. The latter was a heel back then, while McIntyre was a full-fledged babyface.

Now that the roles are reversed, it would be interesting to see what happens when the duo comes face-to-face at Survivor Series: WarGames.

“HHH is on his way,””He’s coming” – Fans erupt after AEW champion is spotted with major WWE Superstar following Full Gear

Triple H is the current Chief Content Officer of WWE.

A day after the Full Gear 2023 Pay-Per-View, a certain AEW title holder was spotted training together with a major WWE Superstar. This interaction has fueled rumors of another star jumping ship to the Stamford-based promotion.

The stars in question are one-half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions Ricky Starks and Jade Cargill, respectively. The two stars have been known to be close outside of the ring, even when they were both with AEW. Cargill was recently signed to WWE in what has been one of the blockbuster signings in wrestling history.

Earlier today, Ricky Starks was spotted with Jade Cargill as she posted a photo of them in her Instagram story training together. They were spotted in Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Factory. Several fans have reacted to this moment and what this could mean for Starks’ future.

“Look who cameeeee @starkybaby,” Cargill shared.

You can check out a screengrab of Jade Cargill’s Instagram story below:

Fans immediately brought up a reunion in WWE sometime in the future. Many saw the Stroke Daddy as perfect for the Stamford-based promotion. Many believed that Triple H and management could actively go after Starks and convince him to make the move. Others predicted that Starks himself would want to go and reunite with his close friends Jade Cargill and Cody Rhodes.

Check out some of the fan reactions below:
Fans react after seeing Jade Cargill and Ricky Starks train together.

WWE Superstar Jade Cargill was name-dropped at Full Gear 2023

Despite having left the promotion almost two months ago, Jade Cargill’s legacy in AEW still holds ground.

During last night’s three-way match for the TBS Championship between Kris Statlander, Julia Hart, and Skye Blue, the history of the title was briefly talked about. AEW commentator Excalibur name-dropped Jade Cargill and recalled how Statlander pinned Cargill to become the champion, and she has not dropped the title since.

Jade Cargill still holds the record for the longest-reigning TBS Champion, and her historical singles win streak has yet to be matched by anyone in the Jacksonville-based promotion. Last night, a new champion was crowned, as Julia Hart made the most of the opportunity to capture the title.

This would go down as the end to Kris Statlander’s title reign, which would be at 174 days, which would end up only being a third to Jade Cargill’s 508-day reign. It remains to be seen if anyone can beat that milestone.

Do you think the record for the longest-reigning TBS Championship will be broken any time soon? Let us know in the comments section below.

Why didn’t Randy Orton appear on WWE RAW? Potential reason analyzed

Randy Orton didn’t appear on the final WWE RAW before Survivor Series: WarGames 2023.

Randy Orton didn’t appear on WWE RAW despite being announced as the fifth member of Team Cody Rhodes against The Judgment Day and Drew McIntyre at Survivor Series: WarGames 2023. Here’s why the Viper possibly didn’t show up on the red brand tonight.

Orton, without a doubt, is one of the most popular stars on the WWE roster today. Fans have been looking forward to his return for the past 18 months. By saving his comeback for the actual event, WWE is probably building up the anticipation.

There’s no denying that the 14-time World Champion would get a thunderous ovation after he finally makes his in-ring return this Saturday at Survivor Series: WarGames 2023. Orton will join Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso against Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, and Drew McIntyre.

Speaking of Jey Uso, the former Bloodline member seemed to have been caught off guard when Cody Rhodes announced Randy Orton as the fifth member for his team in the Men’s WarGames match.

Jey was involved in the ruthless beatdown that cost Orton 18 months of his WWE career. It remains to be seen if the two will bury the hatchet or if the Viper will strike out of nowhere with an RKO to Main Event Jey Uso.

When was the last time Randy Orton competed on WWE RAW?

Randy Orton’s last televised match on WWE RAW before his back injuries caught up to him took place on May 9, 2022. The Viper tagged with Matt Riddle to retain the RAW Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins).

His final televised match took place on the May 20, 2022, episode of Friday Night SmackDown – where he and Matt Riddle dropped their RAW Tag Team Championship to then-SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos.

It remains to be seen how Randy Orton will fare this Saturday at Survivor Series: WarGames.
