Have humans discovered the mysterious Planet X?

Recently, the world press has mentioned a lot about the scientific hypothesis that there is a planet called Planet X located at the outer edge of the Solar System.

It is said to lie so far away that its orbit is 20 times farther from Neptune, the 8th and furthest planet in the Solar System (also known as the Solar System).

“The planet that causes the apocalypse”

In 2006, the world astronomy community determined that Pluto – previously considered the ninth and most distant planet of the Solar System – was not a true planet but just a planet. a large Kuiper belt object whose orbit extends beyond Neptune’s orbit beyond.

In fact, since 1976, author Zecharia Sitchin, a Russian-American researcher specializing in the hypothesis that life on earth was created by aliens, has had a book titled “The 12th Planet”.

The book mentions the existence of a planet far away at the edge of the solar system. There is a human race on the planet called the Annunaki with a superior civilization, who created humanity on Earth.

In 1995, a woman in Wisconsin (USA), Nancy Lieder, stirred up the mysterious planet again.

She created a website called Zeta Talk, announcing that aliens in the Zeta Reticuli star system, 39 light years from Earth, had contacted her to send a warning to humanity that the mysterious planet called Nibiru) will cross the Solar System in May 2003.

As a result, planet X will upset the North and South poles of the Earth, causing terrible natural disasters and destroying all life on our planet.

But this time, the hypothesis about the existence of planet X comes from two real scientists, Mike Brown and Konstantin Batygin of the famous California Institute of Technology (Caltech – California Institute of Technology, USA), because This new situation caused a lot of controversy and attracted the attention of the world press and public opinion.

These scientists believe that the mysterious planet, which they named “planet 9”, is 10 times larger than Earth and it takes 10,000 to 20,000 years for it to rotate once around the Sun.

For comparison, it takes Neptune 165 years to rotate once around the Sun, meaning a year there is 165 years longer than on Earth!

Science cannot surpass sensationalism!

For those who love “conspiracy theories” (theories about miracles, mysteries, political secrets that are actually only based on subjective deductions and speculation), this is a “gold mine” so that they make very sensational inferences about the survival of humanity.

They even spread fake news online that the world’s leading prestigious organization in the field of aerospace, the United States Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), has recognized the existence of planet X.

An American conspiracy theory “expert” named David Meade even predicted that Planet X would crash into Earth on September 23, 2017, which would be the end of humanity. September 23 passed without any accident.

Mead apologized, claiming that people had misunderstood his forecast. And he made a new prediction that on October 15, 2017, when planet .

Other conspiracy theorists believe that when Planet X flies close to Earth, its gravity will cause sudden volcanic eruptions, extremely terrible tsunamis and earthquakes, making the life is destroyed.

But the world scientific community as well as NASA all deny the hypothesis put forth by Mr. Mike Brown and Konstantin Batygin.

Because up to now, no observatory has seen planet about that mysterious planet.

Furthermore, the above two astronomers’ proofs are purely calculations and simulation models based on data about orbital fluctuations of some celestial bodies in the Kuiper belt. The two men believe that it is due to the huge gravity of planet X that affects the orbits of those celestial bodies.

“The possibility of a planet very far away at the edge of the Solar System is still very attractive to space astronomers and humanity. But that announcement (by Brown and Batygin) does not mean that we have discovered a new planet,” said Jim Green, director of NASA’s Planetary Science Division.

“It’s just a prediction based on very limited observations. It’s just the beginning of a research process that could bring exciting results in the future,” he added.

Even so, there are many people around the world who believe in the “Planet X” theory.

It seems that people still prefer mysterious and sensational miracles rather than believing in things based on facts and clearly proven science!
