Not yet, but you might assume so after hearing about the yacht’s impressive carbon and aluminum construction.

The sleek, 25-foot-long Xenos undoubtedly appears swift, and the best part is that customers can customize the interior layout of their vessel. You can presumably move the Bugatti into the lounge for that price if you so choose.

This innovative yacht is available with either a conventional hull or a foil configuration and can be powered by two, three, or four engines. How does 5,000 bhp affect you?

Environmentalists are likely in a state of hysteria right now, but there is some ‘green’ news they might appreciate: energy specialists at Architaly have developed an integrated solar panel system.

This solar electric system allows the hybrid roadster to cruise for up to eight hours without emitting any CO2.

The yacht is also equipped with photochromic windows, a peculiar term for a type of glass that can alter its transparency based on the intensity of light, allowing for more privacy when desired and rest for the eyes.

Add the expansive lounge on the upper deck, three spacious suites, a fantastic galley, and a spacious living room on the lower level, as well as the water toys and tenders, and you have a winner. Where do we go?

Extravagance Redefined: “See” – The Transformative Superyacht with Five Pools and Innovative Design

And the “groundbreaking” 65-meter (213 ft) yacht called “See” is designed to make a splash with its extravagant features. This remarkable vessel, created by New York-based studio Gill Schmid Design and Southampton-based Lateral Naval Architects, boasts not just one, but five pools. Two of these pools are infinity pools, with one even featuring a see-through floor.

Transparency is a recurring theme on See, as the boat incorporates enormous wrap-around reflective glass walls. The yacht also includes a glass roof above a 3D outdoor cinema screen, which can be retracted to create an expansive oceanfront terrace.

Food enthusiasts will find themselves well-catered to on See, thanks to its “concept kitchen.” Chefs can make use of hydroponic tanks, a fermentation chamber, a mushroom lab, and an outdoor barbecue to create culinary delights. Guests have the option to dine al fresco, at a sushi counter, a deli and raw food counter, or indulge in refreshing beverages and desserts at the juice, coffee, and dessert bar. According to Gill Schmid Design, food is an integral part of the holistic lifestyle aboard the yacht.

Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the onboard gym and then relax in the sauna/steam room or soothe their muscles in the hot tub. Passengers are accommodated in six suites, along with an extensive outdoor deck in the owner’s suite.

The layout of See is open plan, with convertible spaces that can transform from separate areas to a completely open and immersive environment of experiences. Gill Schmid Design describes it as a fusion of Transformers in an architectural context. This innovative design allows the vessel to provide a more laid-back atmosphere with casual dining, living, and entertainment spaces, foregoing formal saloons or dining areas and breaking the traditional barriers between guests and crew.

See will primarily rely on batteries as its power source, which will be recharged by diesel engines. Gill Schmid Design explains that this system enables the selection of diesel generators based purely on efficiency and optimum energy density. This approach enhances overall architectural efficiency, layout flexibility, noise and vibration reduction, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of the entire vessel.

Although See is currently a concept, Gill Schmid Design expresses ongoing interest from both shipyards and potential buyers, and they hope to see it enter production in the future.

WHO RELEASES LIST OF WORLD’S TOP 10 LAZIEST COUNTRIES

Are you lazy and don’t know it? If so, it’s time to gain some awareness. Recently, the World Health Organization (WHO) released a list of the top 10 laziest countries in the world. And, the results are surprising. For the study, the WHO tracked rates of physical activity around the world. The results, which were published in The Lancet Global Health, revealed which countries are the least active and, thus, the laziest.

The study included 1.9 million people in 168 countries. According to the WHO, those who participated in the survey represent 96 percent of the global population. The organization found that in 2016, only one-quarter of all adults (approximately 1.4 billion people) were not getting enough activity. This put them “at risk of developing or exacerbating diseases linked to inactivity.” Conditions that fall under this category include some cancers, stroke, and diabetes.

The WHO defined being active as exercising at least 75 minutes each week, 150 minutes of moderate activity, or a combination of both. With these standards, the WHO discovered that the laziest country is Kuwait, where 67 percent of the population does not engage in regular exercise. The second laziest? American Samoa, with just 53.5 percent of the population exercising regularly.

The countries that ranked the highest include Uganda. According to IFLScience, just 5.5 percent of the country does not exercise enough each week. Mozambique, Lesotho, Tanzania, and Niue ranked similarly to Uganda.

“A significant increase in national action is urgently needed in most countries to scale-up implementation of effective policies,” said the WHO. “However, implementation will require bold leadership and full engagement across sectors to change the current approach.”

DIET COKE VS REGULAR COKE – WHICH ONE IS MORE UNHEALTHY?

We all know that drinking any type of cola is very unhealthy. Yet still many people like to enjoy a can from time to time. When it comes to the most popular brands, many believe that the “diet” version is actually a healthier option, but is it really?

Let’s examine some of the main differences.

  • Regular Coke: Regular Coca-Cola is sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup (in the United States) or sugar (in many other countries). It contains a significant amount of calories (about 140-150 calories per 12-ounce can) and a high amount of added sugar (approximately 39 grams per 12-ounce can).
  • Diet Coke: Diet Coke is a calorie-free beverage sweetened with artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame or sucralose. It does not contain any sugar or calories.

SOMETHING INCREDIBLE HAPPENS WHEN YOU START THE FIBONACCI SEQUENCE WITH A 3

The fibonacci sequence is a number pattern which occurs when you start with 0 and 1, and continue to add the subsequent numbers. So-

0+1=1

1+1=2

1+2=3

2+3=5

3+5=8

And so on- so we are just adding the last 2 digits in the sequence. 0 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 89 144 and so on. What this does is (after the first few numbers in the sequence) is it creates a ratio close to 1.618- also known as the golden ratio.

This ratio can be witnessed in everything such as the human anatomy, plants, flowers, the universe itself and even successful companies are well known to use this ratio in the design of their products and logos. If god or your representation of what you would call a creator was a number, that number would be 1.618.

Now this article is not about the fibonacci sequence as we know it, there are hidden codes within this sequence that I will speak about in the future, but for this article I wanted to talk about if we start the sequence with 33.

So you may ask what is so magical about this sequence and the first clue starts with the number 33, as 33 is the start of this sequence. From a numerological standpoint 33 is incredibly powerful. 3 is mind, body and spirit, with 33 representing this in the physical and spiritual realm. 3+3 also makes 6 which is god or the creator. But what really triggered this code for me was the fact that we can derive the number sequence 3-6-9 from 33, as we have the obvious 3, but also 3+3 is 6 and 3×3 is 9. 3-6-9 represent ascension, which is the act of rising into an important position, but 3-6-9 has a lot more than just a spiritual meaning.

If we look back at the fibonacci code starting with 3- the 12th number is 432. From an article from Collective Evolution “It is said that 432 Hz vibrates with the universe’s golden mean, Phi, and unifies the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity, and magnetism with biology, the DNA code, and consciousness. Unveiling the Epitome of Luxury: The Four Seasons Yacht Redefining Opulent Yachting in 2025

Tillberg Design, a Swedish yacht design company under The Viken Group, has unveiled additional details regarding the interior concept of an upcoming 207-meter Four Seasons Yacht being constructed at Fincantieri shipyard. This bespoke 14-deck vessel will boast 95 cabins, aiming to provide passengers with an unparalleled “yacht experience” upon its launch in 2025.

Tillberg Design is entrusted with crafting the exterior and suites, while London’s Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is tasked with designing the guest facilities. Creative direction for the Four Seasons Yacht will also be guided by Prosper Assouline.

Fredrik Johansson, the executive director of Tillberg Design, emphasized that the new Four Seasons yacht reflects the surging trend of “luxury yacht liners.” These hybrid cruise-superyacht hybrids intend to fuse the intimacy of small cruise ships with the opulence and elegance of superyachts.

Johansson elaborated, “Our innovative project commenced with a unique and vivid vision from our client. Picture the iconic Christina O yacht of Aristotle Onassis meeting the essence of James Bond. While this might seem like an infallible combination, it also presents a monumental challenge. Errors must be avoided at all costs, as there’s no room for failure. Every aspect and intricate detail of the yacht must attain perfection.”

Fincantieri in Trieste is in the final stages of finalizing the vessel’s design. Luigi Matarazzo, the general manager of Fincantieri’s merchant ships division, stated, “This project belongs to a league of its own, merging the finest aspects of passenger ship construction and yacht design to establish a new benchmark for ultra-luxury vessels.”

The Four Seasons Yacht will exclusively comprise suites, with each cabin costing $4.2 million to construct. Each suite will feature indoor and outdoor living areas, complete with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and ceilings exceeding 2.4 meters. The pinnacle of luxury, the “Funnel Suite,” will span four levels, offering over 892 square feet of living space, a private pool, and a spa.

The Four Seasons Yacht will also incorporate hotel-style amenities, including a comprehensive spa and eleven distinct restaurants. The canoe-shaped stern of the vessel will house a convertible pool deck that can transform into an open-air theater by nightfall. Moreover, the ship will be equipped with four Riva tenders for transporting guests to shore.

Overseeing the project is Larry Pimentel, the CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, who remarked, “In collaboration with Four Seasons, we are shaping a new category of lavish lifestyle travel tailored to the most discerning guests. Through world-class design, curated experiences, and truly unparalleled service, we’re amalgamating the finest elements from diverse industries to forge the epitome of yachting.”

The inaugural voyage of the Four Seasons Yacht is slated for late 2025, marking the inauguration of a fleet of such “yachts” under the brand. The contract, finalized in July of the previous year, amounts to €1.2 billion and includes the option for two additional vessels.

YES, WALT DISNEY WAS A “SNITCH” FOR THE FBI AND MANY PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT IT

Walt Disney was one of the most influential people in the history of cinema as well as in the public imagination of American citizens.

Walt Disney was well known for his sentimental populism and had major contributions to shape up his image as an enterprising innovator. He was the one to pass on Disney’s legacy for further centuries.

Keeping these things aside, Walt Disney was also a large political figure whose actions hurt the livelihoods and lives of several people, who had different beliefs.

It was found out that Disney was a spy for the FBI, from 1940 till his death, and supplied information about his workers to the Bureau. He also manage to wreck the movements that were orchestrated by unions by tagging them as “communist agitators”.

The reports are available on the Bureau’s website which gave details about Walt Disney’s exchanges with the FBI. These had been released to the public after the Freedom of Information Act was passed and as per these reports, Disney actively expressed his admiration for the insidious machinations of the FBI and even let FBI director J. Edgar Hoover make creative decisions about some of the projects.

WHAT WAS WALT DISNEY’S REWARD IN THIS CO-OPERATION?

Walt Disney got various favors from the Bureau which included protection and other political advantages and was also allowed to shoot a film in the Bureau’s headquarters.

Walt Disney provided such valuable intel that he was made ‘Special Agent in Charge Contact’ by the FBI in 1954, signifying that Disney was an individual who was capable of providing resources to the FBI and taking care of PR issues as well.

It should be kept in mind that the political atmosphere of this era was quite volatile, due to the Red Scare and Senator McCarthy.

Walt Disney was actually too shrewd in this matter and utilized these attitudes to his advantage and made sure that his services to the FBI helped his own business.

Walt Disney once said: “Once a man has tasted freedom he will never be content to be a slave. That is why I believe that this frightfulness we see everywhere today is only temporary. Tomorrow will be better as long as America keeps alive the ideals of freedom and a better life. All men will want to be free and share our way of life. There must be so much that I should have said, but haven’t. What I will say now is just what most of us are probably thinking every day. I thank God and America for the right to live and raise my family under the flag of tolerance, democracy, and freedom.”

Disney showed this face to the common public but was a tyrant to his labor unions and political alliances.

In July 1941, the animators at Disney went on a strike to protest unfair working conditions and Walt Disney immediately utilized the opportunity to run an advertisement in Variety where he said: “I am positively convinced that Communistic agitation, leadership, and activities have brought about this strike.”

Disney later testified that several of the named animators in the strikes were communists. This made it crystal clear that Disney was ready to utilize his connections to achieve his goals. The FBI also played a role in the establishment of Disneyland which was used by the Bureau for their own operations.

“Mr. Disney has recently established a business association with the American Broadcasting Company-Paramount Theatres Inc. for the production of a series of television shows, which for the most part are scheduled to be filmed at Disneyland, a multi-million dollar amusement park being established under Mr. Disney’s direction in the vicinity of Anaheim, Calif. Mr. Disney has volunteered representatives of this office complete access to the facilities of Disneyland for use in connection with official matters and for recreational purposes.”

Walt Disney was not the only spy in Hollywood. Other examples included Ronald Reagen, who supplied intel to the FBI about colleagues who harbored communist sympathies.
